Beginner Yoga Series with Christian

EFY excited to introduce a four week Beginners Yoga Series led by our very own Christian Valeriani!

This series is open to students who have never taken a yoga class or those who want to fine tune their current yoga practice.

We have crafted a weekly syllabus, dissecting each pose which will allow you to safely and confidently practice any yoga flow once the series is completed. You will not only learn the asana, but philosophy, intention and meditation of a practice that we hold in the highest regard.

Beginner classes begins January 6th and is held at EFY for four consecutive weeks:

Saturdays from 9:30am to 10:45am:

January 27th

In addition, when registering for this Beginner Series, you will receive a 20% discount on a class pack to practice!

*We are capping the series 10 students for optimal learning and one-on-one attention.
