The Beginner Yoga practice at EvenFlow is perfect for beginners and ideal for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics class! This Vinyasa flow is a slower-paced class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. Beginner Yoga is offered Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-6:30pm. All levels are welcome.
EvenFlow Alignment Based Vinyasa
EvenFlow Alignment Based Vinyasa incorporates a strength building flow, precise alignment and breath work to provide for a well-balanced experience. This class weaves a philosophic theme into the sequencing, helping students access more than just the asana. Expect to be challenged and opened in your body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome.
This is a classic EvenFlow hallmark class! Our 75 minute or 90 minute vinyasa classes are open to all levels. This practice is an energetic, flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Each class is unique, as each teacher brings their individualized experience and fervor to the space. This practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered & grounded with a deeper meaning to the yoga practice. All levels are welcome.
Hour EvenFlow Vinyasa
We get it, we all have busy lives. Try an hour dose of EvenFlow Vinyasa that will invigorate and relax you, all within 60 minutes. All levels are welcome.
Jivamukti Yoga is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation). Submerge yourself in chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation...all with a rock'n soundtrack to move you deeper into the practice. We recommend this class for the intermediate/ advanced practitioner.
Live Music & Flow
The first Friday of each month Vic Della Pella brings his eclectic mix of hits to Christian's Friday night vinyasa practice. Coldplay, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, Oasis, and Pearl Jam are just a few of his favorite inspirations. If you've never practiced to live acoustic hits, this is really as special class! All levels welcome.
Join Christian for his signature vinyasa flow that ultimately builds to a masters peak pose. Understand alignment, energy, and advanced options of poses that makes this practice playful yet challenging.We recommend this class for the intermediate/ advanced practitioner.
Urban Zen Restorative
This relaxing class is designed to be helpful in alleviating the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and physical tension. Restorative sequences and poses based upon yoga asana combined with breath and body awareness meditations, aromatherapy (using pure essential oils) and Reiki make this a perfect practice to help you unwind, reset and restore...a peaceful night sleep may be an added bonus. In cooler months this class will be held in the hot room to keep you warm and cozy. All levels are welcome.
Warm Restorative with Reiki
Looking to wind down after a long day at work? Need some help sleeping? Do your muscles need more flexibility? All of us should answer yes to these questions and this class is the antidote! Our Warm Restorative will release tension and stress, encouraging your body to melt into your mat, leaving you lighter and invigorated. Each class includes the healing art of Reiki, performed by the teacher as you surrender into each of the poses. Easy, simple, and delicious! All levels are welcome.
This is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. It is an effective method of physical conditioning for prolonged meditation, which was the principal concern of ancient yogic practitioners. All levels are welcome.
