DESCRIPTION:EFY excited to introduce a four week Beginners Yoga Series led by our very own Christian Valeriani! \nThis series is open to students who have never taken a yoga class or those who want to fine tune their current yoga practice. \nWe have crafted a weekly syllabus\, dissecting each pose which will allow you to safely and confidently practice any yoga flow once the series is completed. You will not only learn the asana\, but philosophy\, intention and meditation of a practice that we hold in the highest regard. \nBeginner classes begins January 6th and is held at EFY for four consecutive weeks: \nSaturdays from 9:30am to 10:45am: \nJanuary 6th \nJanuary 13th \nJanuary 20th \nJanuary 27th \nIn addition\, when registering for this Beginner Series\, you will receive a 20% discount on a class pack to practice! \n*We are capping the series 10 students for optimal learning and one-on-one attention. \n$150 \nSIGN UP NOW\n
