Rachel Ozut

Rachel has been practicing yoga for almost a decade. What started as a “trendy” workout class as a teenage girl transformed into a healing, meditative practice that led her toward greater self-discovery and introspection as a young adult. Her continued yoga practice has had a profound impact on improving her relationship with herself and the world around her. As she continued to deepen her practice, she felt drawn toward sharing this practice and its profound benefits with others. In 2020, Rachel took the leap and finally embarked on her 200-hour YTT journey with EvenFlow Yoga. Coupled with her career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rachel is dedicated to helping others live happier, healthier lifestyles and viewing healthy behavior change as a means of self-love. Rachel’s sequences are challenging yet tranquil, light-hearted yet powerful. In Rachel’s classes, students will be taught to move their bodies intentionally and will be guided to quiet the mind, linking breath to movement for an active meditative experience. Rachel’s passion for movement and empathy for others shines through in her teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
